From Oh So Lovely

I have been wanting to grow in my photography recently. I used to be pretty good, but at FILM. Which is different, I am having trouble transitioning. I had a darkroom in my house in high school and actually persuaded my art teacher to build one in the corner of the high school (well, I built it actually…). I spent hours learning how to process film and make beautiful prints, and became pretty good at it. But when I transitioned to a digital camera, I didn’t bother to learn the “computer-y” parts of digital photography. Which is what makes digital photography so awesome.

Anyway, I (as happens to adults) have gotten busier and busier, and photography has been the hobby that has been pushed completely to the side. Which sucks. Not only do I not know the “computer-y” parts but I no longer have the enthusiasm for photography I used to have.
